The application opened on September 1, 2023 to all WashU faculty. The work must be ongoing or recent (completed in 2022 or 2023). There is a limit of two entries per faculty per year. Nominations and application forms have closed for 2024.
Additional awards were offered to match strong applicants with awards and to elevate deserving projects, making efforts to connect researchers and their collaborators with other sources of support to further impact through community-engaged research methods.

In this panel on community-engaged research, learn about the partnerships between WashU and the community, what is occurring, and what we can all do to create mutually beneficial research, and positive community outcomes. We’ll discuss the principles of community-engaged research, and how they have been enacted, as well as the methods that work for successful partnerships.
