Julia Robbins is the communications specialist for the Confluence Collaborative for Community Engagement and WashU’s Office of Public Scholarship. Prior to joining the Confluence Collaborative, she worked for a nonprofit consulting firm in New York City and as a communications and marketing specialist for the Gephardt Institute for Civic and Community Engagement at WashU.

She graduated from WashU in 2024 with a major in Global Studies and minors in Economics and Writing. At WashU, she served as the editor-in-chief of the WashU student newspaper and was active in the ultimate frisbee community. Outside of work, she’s likely coaching frisbee or exploring St. Louis with friends. She once busked outside of the Soulard Farmers Market with strangers and it was a top experience of her life.
